The Altlas of Arctic Navigation has been published in Tianjin recently.It is the first altlas in China that synthetically reflects the knowledge of Arctic navigation. The maps are organized by the Navigation Guarantee Center of North China Sea, Ministry of Transport of China, and the compilation of the altlas is directed by Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration of China.
